Fenghuang River Reclaimed Water Plant Project

The Fenghuang River Reclaimed Water Plant Project was one of Chengdu's key projects in 2021. Located near the northeast side of the interchange between the Third Ring Road and the Chengdu-Guiyang Railway in Jinniu District, it covers approximately 38,000 m². The project includes an 80,000 m³/day reclaimed water plant, supporting networks and facilities, and approximately 520 m of Fenghuang River improvement. It treats wastewater from Chengdu's sixth central drainage area to DB51/2311-2016 discharge requirements.

Treatment processes include A²/O biological treatment, high-density sedimentation, ozone oxidation contact and ultraviolet disinfection. Sludge treatment uses centrifugal thickening and dewatering, while odor control combines chemical, biological and ion technologies.

Following multiple rounds of cooperation with Chengdu Construction Engineering Group, KAIYI was invited to support the project.
